Customers who are found to be committing any prohibited acts can face account suspension or termination, and in serious cases, we may be required to report them to the legal authorities.

Fair Use 

We provide our facilities under the assumption that you will use them according to our offer schedule. If your use is deemed to be excessive, you may be charged additional fees or have your capacity restricted. We do not tolerate any abuse, discrimination, or rights infringement that may be damaging to any group, individual, or resource. We expect our customers, and their users, to act with the same intention when using our products.

Customer Accountability 

Our customers are responsible for the actions of themselves, anyone using our Products with the customer’s permission, and any unauthorised users due to the customer’s failure to put in place reasonable security measures. No credit will be issued for any interruptions of service caused by a violation of this policy.

SPAM and unauthorised message activity 

Our Products must not be used for the purpose of sending unsolicited bulk or commercial messages in violation of laws and regulations (“spam”). This includes, but is not limited to, sending spam, soliciting customers from spam sent from other service providers, and collecting replies to spam sent from other service providers. 

We also prohibit the use of messaging lists or databases purchased from third parties and intended for unconfirmed, spam or unauthorised message purposes. All messaging lists run on or hosted by our Products must be “confirmed opt-in”, with verification of the address or telephone number owner’s express permission available at all times.

Unethical, exploitative, and malicious activity

Our products may not be used to advertise, transmit, or otherwise distribute any software, programs, products, or services that violate this License Policy or the license policies of other service providers. This includes, but is not limited to, facilitating the sending of spam or launching network sniffing, pinging, packet spoofing, flooding, email bombing, or denial of service attacks.
